Growing up in a family-owned business, Tim has fond memories of working in the TheFuseShop warehouse ever since he could walk up until college. The joke was that Tim was packing shipments before he could ride a bike.
After graduating Iowa State University in 2017, Tim moved to Minneapolis to pursue a career in software development where he quickly became an Associate Director of Software Engineering at Optum and completed his MBA from the University of Florida. Yet, despite the allure of the bustling city, the serene cornfields of Iowa called Tim back home, and in July of 2023, Tim took over as Director of Operations for TheFuseShop.
When he's not at work, you can find Tim playing pickleball, trying new foods, or hanging out with his wife Alicia and wheaten terrier, Samson.
