Shipping

We ship orders Monday-Friday excluding national holidays. Most in-stock items will ship same-day if ordered before 2 pm Central Time. 

All orders shipped within the US are eligible for free Standard shipping. Orders over $100.00 are eligible for free Expedited shipping. 

In most cases, we ship orders via the USPS for Standard shipping and FedEx for Expedited shipping. Please ensure that you use an appropriate address (i.e. include your PO Box as well as your street address if applicable). Undeliverable packages will be refunded less any original and incurred shipping costs. 

Transit times:

Standard shipping: 3-5 business days

Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days

We offer international shipping to select countries. If you do not see your country available please contact us and we will advise of any potential options. International shipments are sent via DHL.

Buyer is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes associated with the shipment. Exact costs are provided during checkout and include all fees.

Canada: 1-5 business days

Australia: 3-10 business days

Germany: 3-10 business days

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of delivery. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer except in the case of a mistake on our part. Once a return has been authorized the product must be received back within 30 days.

To begin a return please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Refunds will be issued within 3 business days of our receipt of the return package. Funds can take 5-10 business days to process through your bank and should appear on your statement within 2 billing cycles.

A 20% late fee will be assessed for items received back more than 30 days from the authorization date. Items received back that are not in the same condition they were sent will be not be refunded and will be shipped back to you at your expense or discarded.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

Frequently Asked Questions

First things first, double check with other people who live or work with you. Oftentimes someone tries to be helpful and collect your packages but then forgets to tell you!

We also recommend asking any available neighbors if they might have accidentally received your package. If you have a cluster box or parcel locker sometimes your mail carrier can leave the key in the wrong mailbox.

If you know your mail carrier, ask them! They may remember delivering your package and have more detailed information about the delivery.

Most of our packages are shipped in yellow bubble mailers or white FedEx envelopes and some will be in brown boxes. 

When you've tried all of those options but the package is still missing please contact us! We can open an investigation with the Postal Inspectors in the case of stolen mail or file claims with other carriers. 

Let us know! Sometimes there's just a little delay between facilities but we can request a more detailed update from the carriers. Most packages won't have any issues getting delivered even with a 2 or 3 day gap of tracking movement. If it's been longer than that we'll contact the carrier for more information.

We will almost always be able to contact you when we substitute brands of fuses. The specifications will be exactly the same and we send only fuses that are identical in both fit and function. In a lot of cases, we are also able to offer discounts for switching brands. 

If you specifically want a certain brand we are happy to ensure that it gets sent or exchange the substitutes once you've received them. Please contact us with questions.

How are they different? 

1. Part number doesn't match

Depending on the manufacturer the exact part number will vary. Some manufacturers never include the blowing speed (T or F) and some don't use the breaking capacity either (L or H). This doesn't mean that the fuse has the wrong specifications! We order inventory very carefully and each fuse will have the correct specifications as noted in the product description. Check the packing slip and product label for the info!

2. Dimensions aren't the same
